In these Terms of Service ( the “Terms”), ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Good Coffee Project.
Coffee Subscription Policy
When you purchase a coffee subscription item on our website, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply send an email to us at hello@goodcoffeeproject.com with your name, order number and request, we will update your plan as soon as possible.
Promotional Codes
All promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No more than one promotional code can be applied at checkout or to an order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Good Coffee Project reserves the rights to cancel or refuse the usage of any promotional code at any time.
All promotional codes must be applied at checkout, and cannot be applied to any previous or retrospective orders. We have the right to refuse use of any promotional code. The times of use will be outlined in the marketing material, the code can not be used outside of the time.
Promotions and Events
For certain campaigns, promotions or events, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or event, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.
Warranty
Most of the brew gear items are covered by manufacturers’ warranty. If an item is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or repair. You may find more information in our Shipping Policy here.
Delivery of Goods
Items purchased from Good Coffee Project are shipped standard via Sendle, Australia Post and a combination of couriers and made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this website and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products, service or any part or content thereof without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
