Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, which is why we offer a 14 day return policy for non-perishable items. For a change of mind return, please send an email to us at: hello@goodcoffeeproject.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

Once your eligibility for return has been approved, please return the product to our office within 14 days of the ship date:

Please note:

  • The product must be unused and returned in original condition including the original packaging;
  • Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item;
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item;
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is applicable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from that refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund request will be processed once it is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note due to different credit card companies and banks it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear.

Please understand perishable goods (coffee, drink, food,...etc.) and the purchases more than 14 days are not returnable nor refundable.

Cancellation

Cancellation after an order is placed will incur a processing fees of 4% (charged by the payment gateways).

Your refund request will be processed minus the processing fees of 4%, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note due to different credit card companies and banks it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, please notify us via email at hello@goodcoffeeproject.com with your name, order number and conditions. We will review the case and solve your issue as quickly as possible.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please return the product to our office:

If items are confirmed to be faulty, we will offer the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.
