Background:
Last harvest of Jose Faber's coffee was such a pleasure to roast and was even more of a pleasure to brew. We had some really amazing feedback and it solidified what we really love about working with a variety of coffee regions in Colombia. The coffee was distinctly brighter, crisper and had more intense juicy fruit than most Colombias we have had. The coffee is reminiscent of East African coffee's acidity.
We know that in order for the coffee to be so incredible each year, Faber must really pour a lot of time and energy into his farm. We are blessed with a high attitude and great land, but he is really doing something special up there. Hope we can do justice and bring it to your cup also.
